Quebec City & Grosse Ile and the Irish Memorial National Historic Site
Monday, July 29 – Wednesday, July 31, 2019

Leave Ottawa to Quebec and stay at the Hotel Le Concord. It is in a very good location on the edge of
the Plains of Abraham. Buffet Breakfast included for the 2 days.
The itinerary would look something like this,
Day 1: Monday, July 29
Depart Ottawa 8:30 am – 1485 Baseline Rd – Condo, maybe another stop if necessary.
Arrive in Quebec City approx. 3 pm
On the 29th we could include a group dinner at the Pub D’Orsay or you can go out on your own. It is in
the heart of Old Quebec and would be about a 15-minute walk from the Hotel.
Day 2: Tuesday, July 30
Depart hotel at 8:15 arrive Berthier sur Mer by 9:15 am for AML cruise to Grosse Ile. Box lunch included.
Pick up from Ferry terminal at 4:15 pm and brought back to the hotel
Dinner can be arranged at La Vielle Maison du Spaghetti (2 mins from hotel). Free Evening
Day 3: Wednesday, July 31
3-hour city tour with a step on guide.
Visit Sainte Anne de Beaupre for about an hour and stop for lunch.
Return back in Ottawa for 9:00 pm.

PRICES: DEADLINE FOR BOOKING: JUNE 20
We would use a 54 seat coach so there would be lots of room.
If we had 30 people, the cost would be $569 per person including tax.
If we had 40 people, the cost would drop to $519 per person.
(These prices are all based on double occupancy.)
The minimum number that we would need is 30 people. The reduction in price would only happen once we have reached the 40 people because it is only at that point that we can get further discounts which we would, in turn, pass on to your group.
For the Hotel, their drop-dead date is 30 days prior with a full rooming list so I would say we would need to get full payment from you (the people) by the June 20. If we had not reached the 30 people by that point we would need to cancel.
